At FirstChristian, we have made first impressions one of our first priorities when it comes to our interaction with first-time guests to our church. First Impressions Ministry is a vital area of outreach that we believe very strongly in. Our goal is to create "wow" experiences for our first-timers that will keep them engaged and interested in our church so that we can bring them closer to the ultimate goal of knowing and loving Christ.
FIT TEAM INSTRUCTIONS:
At 9:35 please meet the FIT Leader at the WelcomeCenter in the main foyer for group prayer and announcements, and then take your position. Please stay in your position until the first song is over. The FIT Leader will remain in the Foyer throughout the service. During the closing prayer, please return to your position and remain in your position until the main crowd leaves (normally about 10 minutes). If you are unable to work, please make arrangements with another team member (or a family member) to take your place. If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact the FIT Leader for the month. The positions have been scaled down to the bare minimum, so your presence is essential to the ministry.
